No upfront costs
At TNG Real Estate, we believe in hassle-free searching. That's why with us you don't have to pay in advance, even when searching for a rental property from abroad. We do charge an advance when submitting a proposal, when the client wants to go for a property from abroad. For this we charge €500,- excluding VAT (21%), but this amount is deducted upon acceptance of the property from the total amount to be paid, or refunded if the proposal is refused.
